I came in for a desperately needed haircut. I was lucky to score an appointment on a Saturday afternoon, with only a couple weeks notice.I was really happy to see that I was with Katelynn. I hadn't been to Plaza Studio before, but I tend to think that if I dig how my stylist looks, then I'm in safe hands.Katelynn did an AMAZING job on my hair. I presented her with quite the challenge. I had a haircut by Bailie. She was fun to talk to and did great work. Also, as a mom of all boys, I really enjoyed the soft pink and gray color palate in the salon. It had a comfy but professional vibe. Also, I came in masked and was asked if I wanted my stylist to also mask. I appreciated that gesture. I will definitely go again.
