I had a very positive experience with my AC service appointment. The technician was extremely thorough and took the time to carefully inspect both the indoor and outdoor parts of the system. He was also very respectful and professional while working in my home, which I truly appreciated. I appreciated the care he took with the service.
My experience with the women in the office was fantastic as well. They were super easy to work with, helpful, and very kind. I called four other companies, and Jones Heating was the only ones that had a technician answer the phone, two had answering services that couldn't even give me after hours pricing and two of them didn't have any one pick up. There wonderful tech Johnny answer gave me after hours pricing and got my heat back up and going.
They are a top notch company from the start. They drove over an hour to do the job when no other company close to me would even help. They were very professional from my first phone call to them down to them finishing the job . I will use them in the future and highly recommend them to anyone else. Thanks again Jones
