Completely unprofessional. When I called to make an appointment he was very friendly on the phone and we agreed on a date and time for him to come over to give an estimate. On the day he was supposed to come over, he did not show up. There were no phone calls or text messages explaining his absence and we never heard from him again. Utter trash and would not recommend. I'd give zero stars if I could.
