I will definitely be coming back to Top Nails and Spa. They are so professional and welcoming. My nail tech was up for any design I asked for and did such a great job. I am in love with the finished product and will be going there from now on!
Ken & Rose the co-owners are super personable and knowledgeable. I’ve been coming here for years and know my life story. Price is avg for salons, they do an amazing job and availability hasn’t been a problem for me, mostly have been walk in or call ahead.
My nails are absolutely beautiful. The man who did them was meticulous and took the time to actually understand what I wanted for my wedding nails. We have been going here for years and have not had a bad experience (sure sometimes the nails aren’t exactly how you envisioned but they are people doing the art work, not robots). They always treat you like a friend no matter how long it’s been since you’ve been there. This is hands-down the best nail salon in Bismarck!Services: Manicure
