I went to Posh Nails and had a really bad experience. The customer service wasn’t good, and my nails started falling apart after just a week. The salon also had poor ventilation, and I was there for two hours but still paid $106. I had to reschedule, and they said they would fix my nails for free.
When I went back, I waited 20 minutes past my appointment before anyone even acknowledged me. At that point, I asked for a refund. The manager pushed his employee aside and said she didn’t speak English, which felt very disrespectful. I did get a refund, but only because he told me I had to take down my bad review.

They took me at 6:00pm for a full set (They close at 7:00pm) on a walk-in and still did a very professional and fantastic job! I've been here several times and will continue to come back! Always leave satisfied, loving my nails!
I got French tips and designs and the guys there did a very very good job. The experience was splendid. The man who did my nails was also funny and great at conversation. 10/10 recommend going.
