Superior Cleaning Solutions responded to my request in a timely fashion. The technician Marico arrived within the specified time window and asked me if I had any questions or concerns. The carpet looks so fresh and clean. I will definitely be retaining their services in the future!

We wanted our stairs, hallway, and landings cleaned along with pet deodorizer. Superior was very quick in getting me scheduled and my estimate. I appreciated that I'd know the cost up front before they showed. Scheduling was very quick and went through text so I didn't have to get on the phone. I love ease of access for setup and cleaning. The team showed up earlier than expected and I appreciated that as well. It didn't take too long and they let us know what they'd do and how long it would take for the carpet to dry. The carpet feels and looks clean.

Firstly, scheduling the appointment was very easy. The owner was very accommodating and had some coupons along with my military discount. I had Tyler as my tech today. He called when he was 45 minutes out to give me a heads up and arrived right on time. He was so professional! He gave me all my options for add-ons without pressuring me; even offered to come back out if I wanted to add on later. He showed me before and after videos of cleaning my air ducts and it was a massive improvement. I also had him clean the carpets and they essentially looked new by the time he left. For the cleaning of air ducts and carpets took about 3.5 hours in total which was really impressive....read full review
