PT Heidi Folk is truly amazing. The techniques used and her vast knowledge of your body and how it works ... have not only gotten me pain free, but I'm also learning how to prevent the same thing from happening again. I could not be more pleased with the Spine & Pain Center and Heidi! So grateful!

Dr Martire and his staff had helped with my pain for over 12 years until I moved. They are the best at making sure you live a painfree life. I had multiple cortisone shots in my knee and without them I would have never been able to do my job. I can't thank them enough. They will be missed.

Having been a long-term paitient of Dr. Martiré, I have received top-notch care from both him and his staff for 10+ years. I whole-heartedly recommend Dr. Martiré as well his entire staff at the Spine and Pain Center. Although I had moved from the Bismarck area almost 3 years ago and now live 4 1/2 hours from Bismarck, I continue to retain his services. My diagnosis/care plan requisits I be seen at minimum every 3 months for continued care; and although I have the best medical insurance 'out there'; I diligently make a looong trip to Bismarck every 3 months in order to present in-person.
