I stopped in to take a class at the Bismarck [Solidcore] studio on a road trip to Minneapolis. I'm at almost 300 classes at various locations, and Emily is THE BEST coach I've ever taken from-- I was thoroughly impressed! She had excellent energy, cues, and programming. The studio was clean & similar vibe to other locations with ample parking. Highly recommend!

This place rocks! Emily the manager and head coach is the best fitness instructor I’ve ever met. Hard workouts go by in a breeze thanks to her infectious energy and passion. Love the workout. My body is stronger than it’s been it’s years. Highly recommend

The coaches are amazing! Truly an unreal community, everyone is so welcoming and kind. Is not a clicky environment like your typical boutique fitness. This workout is made for anyone into fitness. Always ways to make something more challenging or ways to modify. The best “mega reformer” workout in the area!
