This place rocks! Emily the manager and head coach is the best fitness instructor I’ve ever met. Hard workouts go by in a breeze thanks to her infectious energy and passion. Love the workout. My body is stronger than it’s been it’s years. Highly recommend

The coaches are amazing! Truly an unreal community, everyone is so welcoming and kind. Is not a clicky environment like your typical boutique fitness. This workout is made for anyone into fitness. Always ways to make something more challenging or ways to modify. The best “mega reformer” workout in the area!

The only thing I can complain about is that for a gym it’s a little expensive - but then, it’s not really a traditional gym. It’s very much a specialty fitness center and for that it does a fantastic job. The workouts are HARD- and I’ve been consistently in the gym for a long time. The feel is very personal - you have to register for your first (and every other) class online to come and so before you even arrive they know you by name, and they treat you like you belong there even if everyone else around you is kicking the routines butt and you can barely make it through.
