STOP YOUR SEARCHING! You found your team! Jesse and his team were PHENOMENAL to work with! They do an amazing job making you feel like a top priority rather than just another number on the list. Jesse was able to explain the problems in a way that made sense to me (someone that does not know anything about A/C units). They were able to expand the life of my very old unit to give me some time to save for a new one and you bet your sweet bippy, I’ll be going to them when that time comes! Thanks again!

Wow what amazing company! Preferred Heating & Air is the way to go on these 90° days our trailer home was so very hot! Jesse and crew of workers went out of there way to fix our central air unit, recharge freon system and told us some good ways to keep our house cool and our next steps on when they need to come back to refill he recommended some good options if there is leak in the system more affordable ways, then replacing a new central air system. The crew did incredible work today! Definitely the BEST in Bismarck, North Dakota! Thank you for making our home cool again!!! YAY! ?
