Tyler and his team at Platinum Plumbing are excellent. They were contracted when our house was built and did an amazing job. However, we had some issues related to buildup in our plumbing (these are issues that the city is responsible for, not Platinum Plumbing) and Tyler has been with us every step of the way to help get the problem resolved, often times with no charge! This was not Platinum's fault, but demonstrates that they are willing to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. They should be at the top of the list when looking at Plumbers in the Bismarck/Mandan area.
