I absolutely love going to Nicole and she remembers be every year and even the year that I decided to use a different location out of convenience, she helped me out with that situation even though it wasn’t her mistake. This year I once again had to go out of town to finish and the lady there actually called Nicole and they talked like they’ve known each other for years. I felt so relieved after that . Thanks Nicole and I apologize for not being able to finish up with you but I’ll definitely see you again next year !!!!

Been coming to Nicole for years and shes done an amazing job every time for me and my wife. If there was more stars, she deserves 10. Jackson Hewitt is very lucky to have her. THANK YOU Nicole.

I've been going to Jackson Hewitt for 6 years now and I absolutely just love them!!!! Nicole Schmidt is amazing and does such a wonderful job!! We'll be seeing each other for many years to come!!!
