I used the walk in services for my children. We waited less than 10 minutes for 2 to be seen. The check in process was considerate of my children not feeling well. The staff friendly and both my children, and myself treated respectfully. We received individualized care. We were allowed to be the same room and not separated. The diagnosis explained, the options for testing were explained, offered but not forced. Various treatment options were also offered. We were updated in regards to the results, even on a Sunday. We will definately be returning to this medical practice in the future.
