Simply the best care. I can't imagine I'd find a personal care physician that I respect and like as I do Dr. Smith. Sure hope he does not retire before I'm off the face of the earth. The entire staff is great as well. Cudos to them too.

Perfect place for your one stop shop family medicine and Chiropractic care. Dr. Smith is amazing and wouldn't even consider a different family doc in a million years. Wonderful atmosphere and great nurses.

I love all the staff from those who check you in tho Dr. J. Smith himself. The nurses are just as sweet as can be and they know what they are doing. They haven't gotten tired of me yet and I have been a patient for almost 9 years along with my husband and 3 kids. We love love love Dr. Smith, he is very compassionate and understanding while being a very competent doctor. Thank you all for all you have done for me and my family. You have made my life better with the treatments I've had.
