We called H.A Thompson and sons to come and look at our water heater. Another company had installed it on 8/8/23 before we bought our home in November. Once we moved in our hot water heater gave us trouble from the jump, it seemed like once a month we were having to turn it back on as the pilot light and indicator light would completely go out. I called the original company to come look at it since they had installed it. The other company was only in our house for about 2 minutes before saying it was working fine and there was nothing they could do.
