About Center For Family Medicine Und
The Center For Family Medicine Und offers a mixed experience for patients. While the administrative staff is generally helpful and kind, the front desk receptionist, Robin, is reported to have poor customer service skills and can make visits unpleasant. However, the medical professionals, such as Dr. Titus and Dr. Joseph Luger, are highly praised for their exceptional care, expertise, and dedication to their patients' well-being. Patients have had great experiences with the doctors, who are described as caring, detail-oriented, and able to solve a wide range of medical issues. Overall, the Center For Family Medicine Und provides a combination of friendly and knowledgeable healthcare professionals, but the front desk experience can be a point of improvement.
I have such confidence in the care given. These doctors are new out of medical school, know the latest in medicine, and are still learning at UND Family Medicine, a teaching medical center. The students consult with teaching doctors, and are taught how to listen to patients, be thorough, and they are kind. You also get appointments same day on most occasions.
A small intimate clinic where you are treated as a human, not a number. The doctors are very compassionate, and don't rush you through. Also, you can get an appointment almost the same day you phone.!!!
