Started as trouble-shooting for possible repair on a 25+ year old central AC unit and ended up as a no-pressure sale. Neil, Tharon, and Chance were so kind and patient, professional and knowledgeable, personable and willing to explain each step if I inquired although I tried not to hover too much. Used them to fix an air conditioning problem as well recently. Super professional both in the office when I called as well as when they came out. Set expectations on cost, work, needs vs options, and date times and delivered on what they said. Will definitely continue to use this company in the future.
Had a capacitor go out in my air conditioner unit. This was one of the few places that would sell me parts. They were great had the part sitting on the counter for me and one of the people even talked to me about how to replace it safely. If I ever need air conditioner or heating work this is the place I am calling.
