Very pleased with Josh at Appliance Solutions.To have the piece of mind when calling him with an appliance issue, and getting a response, usually over the phone (just by explaining what was happening with an appliance), is something that is hard to find. Very reasonable repair rates. The extensive knowledge base that he has, is probably why in most cases, gets the repair done the first time.

I had a dishwasher under warranty and the manufacturer was giving me the run around on getting it serviced. I called a few local service companies and Josh from Appliance Solutions agreed to take a look at it. He was honest, and up front on what he could do to help. He was a great communicator on where we were in the process. And in the end, he and his team came thru with the part to fix my dishwasher. I am so pleased and would highly recommend Appliance Solutions!
