I ordered a piece of jewelry online, so I can't speak to the in-person services. However, I had a very positive experience buying a piece from them! It shipped super quick, I think the next day. They also texted me to confirm my address before sending, since some maps say Rd and some say Ave. I really appreciated that. It was packaged really nicely and the jewelry was high quality and looked like it did in the photos.
I've gotten multiple piercings from here from Jay & Aileen and their service is impeccable. The front desk people are also extremely friendly and helpful and will answer any and all questions. They are honest about anatomy and offer suggestions based on you. I won't ever trust another shop to help me. Their jewelry is also gorgeous and so worth the money, as it is carefully picked out to best fit the needs of their clients. Best piercing shop in North Dakota, hands down.
My daughter wanted her ears pierced, so we walked in without an appointment, but had all our documentation ready. Normally you need an appointment for minors piercing, but they were able to get us in. The front desk staff was absolutely amazing! Allyx did her piercing and she was as amazing as it gets! Very knowledgeable and professional! She gave us so much information on aftercare I would never have thought of. I am very thankful for the professionalism, kindness, and knowledge that we experienced today. My daughter was comfortable and very happy with the experience.
