I have to say hands-down this is the best experience I have had with my surgery. I’m from Louisiana. I Had breast implants that I needed changed. I’ve been looking for a plastic surgeon to do this for me for quite a while. I’ve done a lot of research . we came to North Dakota due to my husband’s job so I started looking for a surgeon. I debating getting a breast reduction for over 2 years and had no idea where to start. I was referred to Dr Sara Fiene by a nurse I knew. From the moment I stepped into her office I knew I was in the right place. Her entire staff is amazing. They gave me the best care and made sure they answered all my questions.
