My cats seem to genuinely like the vets and techs, which is a huge plus. Dr. Rose and Dr. Palmer both are lovely people who clearly enjoy what they do. The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful when I call for anything. They are almost always punctual, rarely do I have to wait beyond my scheduled appt. time. When there is a delay (emergencies happen, I understand!) someone communicates with us so we know. Last year when we had to say goodbye to our old lady kitty, we got a lovely card in the mail signed by everyone who had taken care of her, which meant and still means a lot. Very happy with the care we’ve gotten here over the years.

Wonderful and friendly. The doctor and staff were very compassionate and helpful with our sick dog. Even help us get an appointment with a specialist that was needed.

I'm thankful for the web-based system that allows me to chat and set up appointments if I want to use it. Dr Edwards always takes her time and is very thorough, and patient with my questions.

My family and I moved here less than a year ago so finding a vet we would feel comfortable with was not easy. Unfortunately our first visit was to put our dog down. The office staff was amazing and compassionate from the the phone call to make the appointment till the time we left. They did not make you feel rushed or unconcerned at all. If you are looking for a place that cares about you and your animal I highly recommend this vet.
