Bru's has some big flavors going on! My family is in town for the weekend from Chicago, and we came here right from the airport looking for a quick dinner. The atmosphere is super chill and we love the decor. As for the food, well, just wow! We had the Alabama fried chicken nachos, which kick in just the right way with great heat. The burrata salad is beautifully made, the cheese the perfect consistency and not too salty, with the delicious heirloom tomatoes and peaches a great complement. Their French dip is fantastic.
