This firm has more than met my needs over the very short time I have worked with them. Their customer service, while top-notch for the most part, has room for growth. Attention to details and follow-up communications were a bit rocky at first and was initially delegated to their student interns. They quickly recognized this as inadequate in this case, and reassigned my account to more experienced accountants who have consistently gone above and beyond in meeting not only my expectations but also my accounting needs.
