Trash, there was a service van at me nieghbors. Service person was outside hangin. I asked if he had 5 min to take a look and get me a quote said he couldn't without me calling the office. Ok, office says no we need an appt and we make it for next week. No show, no call. I call the office. Yeah he's on the way ! Nothing. Next day get a text from office oh he was busy how's next week ? Who runs a business like this ? Toddlers ?

I was able to get in touch with Michael Pulley late yesterday afternoon (Sat). We had a tankless water heater not working. He understood our situation and sent his "on call" man over. What a guy Brad was!
Despite a cool damp evening with the daylight gone, he plowed through - talking and smiling the whole time . Didn't rush, but instead was extremely thorough and meticulous and informative. A couple of hours later we had hot water AND a new plumbing company for the future. We are fans!
