Brent did an unbelievable job changing out a hot water heater for us in Chapel hill. He is a professional in the true sense of the word. In addition to the heater he also addressed and advised on several less critical issues that would have become major issues. I was able to get in touch with Michael Pulley late yesterday afternoon (Sat). We had a tankless water heater not working. He understood our situation and sent his "on call" man over. What a guy Brad was!
Despite a cool damp evening with the daylight gone, he plowed through - talking and smiling the whole time . Didn't rush, but instead was extremely thorough and meticulous and informative. A couple of hours later we had hot water AND a new plumbing company for the future. We are fans!

I had a leak under my house and Eric with Flow Rite came out and was able to fix it in a timely manner. He was not only efficient but very professional and courteous too. I was referred to this company by my neighbor and am very glad I called. I will be calling them in the future should the need arise!! Thank you for the wonderful service!!!!
