Three companies came to my house to check on my septic system. The first one: “Sorry ma’am. Your pump is dead. Your control panel is so old that they don’t make parts anymore. It’ll all need to be replaced. All in? $2500. The second one: “The pump is definitely dead. We can’t get power to the control panel and even if we could, it’s so corroded that it’ll have to be replaced regardless. It’ll be about $1800. DBS: “Out of the way peasants. They will go above and beyond to help you Awesome customer service. I had issues with the mortgage company to close with nonmajor issues with my septic tank. They were with me the whole way through. My only regret was I didn't find them earlier to perform my initial septic tank inspection! Highly recommend, good and fair pricing!

I’m so glad I called them. Great experience and a big relief. I had a wet area in my septic field and worried about it for a long time. I finally looked at some reviews on Nextdoor and called David Brantley & Sons and I’m so glad I did. Preston was great! He asked some questions and explained what could be happening. He quickly located the distribution box, corrected the misaligned end-cap-holes of the septic lines, and gave me a timeline of when the wet area should be drying out. He was so right! I was afraid we were going to have to replace the septic field and it was such a wonderful simple fix. I’m forever grateful. Thank... read full review
