We were experiencing some weird electrical issues with lights flickering, power outages, light switches controlling the wrong lights and smoke coming out of a light fixture. Of course it was Sunday. For peace of mind we could not wait until regular hours on Monday because I was afraid of the potential of an electrical fire with all that we were experiencing. Everyone at Blaze from the first call to the last technician was a wonderful experience. When I originally called, Michelle informed me that not only does Blaze NOT up-charge a service call for an emergency like ours, they also don’t up-charge for a Sunday service call. Brian was incredibly helpful in finding a buried main valve line, diagnosing the situation, and finding the resolution. I'm glad to have found my go to plumbing company and recommended you use them, too. Thanks for being so helpful!
My technician was extremely professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He took the time to educate me on what the problem was and how it needed to be resolved regardless who did the work. While the cost was more than I expected and really wanted to spend, considering the level of customer service I received, I have no regrets and it was worth every penny.
