I just visited the clinic this morning and was treated by Dr Bordeaux. I cut myself yesterday on a chain link fence playing pickleball and was concerned about a potential infection and the fact that I had not had a tetanus shot in 20 years. Dr Bordeaux was very attentive to my concerns and ordered up a tetanus shot on the spot plus called in an antibiotic to my pharmacy. This put me at ease and avoided me having to call my primary doctor the next day when the office was open. This is now my go to place in emergency situations where my primary care office is closed. I am not one to leave reviews, but happy with my visit today. & Dr. Bordeaux deserves the praise. He listened to my concerns, showed compassion & helped find a good resolution for the pain I’ve been in for 6 days when I’ve felt ignored by my dentist! A doctor who show he cares for his patients. I highly recommend!
I had to get a few stitches over the Labor Day weekend and received great care at MedAccess. I was in & out in about an hour, and everyone was caring & nice. There were other patients there so a wait was expected, but staff still got to me in a timely manner. Highly recommend this urgent care
