Came to them about a year ago everything went well far as getting it to them. Only took maybe 2 weeks to get it back. Everything was fine for maybe a week before transmission started slipping again. I did some checking and found out that they changed the transmission but didn’t replace the “Yoke” which connects to the transmission itself. The yoke that was installed has a nice size hole which allows transmission fluid to leak out and eventually you have no transmission fluid and risk damaging yet another transmission. I contact and let the gentlemen at the front desk know what was happening and I got no response no reply no nothing. It’s been months and today my transmission is slipping once more so I check the yoke again and sure enough the hole I had to try n block has reopened. Not saying it’s a bad company but when I mention what the problem was I got no reply from anybody as to say it’s my problem now deal with it. On top of that they’re was never any problems with our tire sensors. Two days after getting our vehicle back we have a tire sensor go out, within a month another goes out so on top of my transmission still leaking I got two tire sensors just magically stop working n by now it’s all of them. I would highly just advise checking over your vehicle once it’s returned 🤬🤬

The owner Justin is a pro. Called him this morning with an issue. He came in at a better price than anyone around, got me right in today, and said he's gonna do his best to get my car back before the 4th of July! What a great guy and I appreciate this business and the time. I look forward to updating the review once I get my car back and test out his work! 👌👍
Edit: Car is back and running great. Justin even diagnosed and fixed an issue with my turbo coolant system that Boyd did not mention (suspicious!). Anyway, Justin here was great and got me rolling a day earlier than promised. Will be bringing anymore work I ever have to him in the future. Thanks again, Justin, God bless!

Had my jeep towed here after a horrible dealership experience. Dealership dropped my transmission, replaced with a used one. Started leaking and was told no warranty on any gaskets , even the new oem trans pan/filter that was done less than 2500 miles ago. Super swift in communication, let me know my options, got parts super quick and got me back on the road in less than a weeks time after ordering parts. Broke down my different repair options to make it super easy to understand the logic behind each one. Superb service and attention to detail. Will recommend to everyone from now on for all their needs ! Will be returning for future work if needed !

This place truly saved me when the transmission on my Mustang went out. Ford told me I needed a whole new transmission, but I decided to get a second opinion here and I’m so glad I did. They were able to fix it and had my car running like brand new. The team here is incredibly professional, honest, and skilled. Definitely a hidden gem in the community for quality work you can trust. This is the kind of shop that everyone looks for. I first found these guys when my F-150 developed a shutter issue and was told by multiple shops that I needed a full transmission replacement—quotes were upwards of $6,000. I called Duncan Elite and spoke with Zach, great guy & very familiar with the exact issue I was dealing with, and he got me scheduled for that same week. They went through the transmission, serviced it, and found the real issue to be the torque converter. The truck was ready the next day, drove like new, and cost me only a fraction of what I was expecting.
Since then, I’ve recommended Duncan Elite to everyone I know, and they always exceed expectations. Justin is awesome, and he really does run an honest and professional shop. They take pride in doing thorough, high-quality work and aren’t afraid to tackle any type of automotive repair. It’s exceedingly rare to find a shop like this today
