Chase was very punctual they arrived on time. Was respectful of my home and property.
Their communication was excellent. He explained the solution to my electrical problem and it wad handled in a professional and quick timeframe.
Pricing was reasonable. Chase did everything that he said he would do.
I am very pleased with the work and I would highly recommend Torrey Electric
I will absolutely use them again for my generator needs! A snow storm has just moved in today and snow has started accumulating greatly. I had called a few weeks before to schedule a time for Torrey Tucker Electric to come out to do an annual service on my Generac generator (that another electric company had installed). Chase, called me upon arrival just to be sure where my generator was located. Came out on the date they said they would, a little later than the time planned, but the weather was for sure the major factor. Snow is pouring down and the serviceman is out there working to get my generator back up to full performing level! Super super nice group of people!... read full review
Our electricity went out in our garage, where we have it enclosed with a/c for our cats. Inside dog no friend to cats. Anyways, I called 4 places and had to leave messages with them to please call me back. Torrey was my 5th call.I was pkeasantly surprised he answered his phone and even more thankful he was available to help. Well, actually he was on another job and offered to help after that job! His empathy surpassed anything I was expecting. Torrey showed up, fixed the problem and was very professional.
