Dana was fantastic, very helpful, and so easy to work with, showing options and telling the pros and cons. Billy came out fast to get an idea of space and check out the subfloor. The installers were great with helping move furniture and putting it back. They were fast, quick, and professional from beginning to end. No mess was left behind. During install, a contractor realized the supplier warehouse had mistakenly sent some of the wrong color, and the owner Billy immediately dropped everything and drove hours to the warehouse to retrieve the correct color. Fast service, on time, and they did a great job. Very satisfied. Highly recommend. Would definitely use again!
From start to finish Dana, Billy, and Fortino all were excellent. Billy came out fast to get idea of space and check out subfloor, we then talked with Dana and she showed options, told the pros and cons, so we selected the floor that was best suited for finishing our attic floor. Fortino got out to do install once i was ready and had everything out of the way. Very quick and professional install and we think it looks awesome. Highly recommend.

Dana was very helpful with picking out our new flooring. The installers were great with helping move furniture and putting it back. Once we picked what flooring we wanted they came the next week to put it down. They were fast and quick getting our job done from beginning to end. Would definitely recommend these great people if you are looking to redo your floors. This is actually our second time dealing with Thomas Carpets we put new carpet in our bedroom last year and LVT flooring throughout the rest of the house this time. Thanks again Dana for everything you did getting our jobs done!
