I’ll be going to Ellie nails from now on. The staff here were very unpleasant, rushed our pedicures and didn’t fit us in at the time we were promised. Lou was very nice and pleasant, but the other female technicians were not fun to be around at all. They had minimal conversation with us and just whispered to each other and were on their phones talking using AirPods, not a single smile or grin. The salon also didn’t look or feel very clean and didn’t offer drinks or any other amenities. They added on charges we weren’t aware of as well. Going to the nail salon is supposed to be a fun treat for people, but this felt like a chore for us and them. Don’t go here if you want a fun, happy experience from the staff.
