Spencer arrived on time, he evaluated the options for adding an outdoor hose spigot and provided a price quote. His work was excellent and he was very professional. I would use this company again.

Technician, Michael, arrived within a few hours of calling Bolton for a mysterious water leak that had been going on since 7/2/26. Losing 1000-1300 GPD according to watersmart app at AVL Water. He checked meter, no activity, checked all faucets and spigots and toilets. Nothing using water in the house. I turned on dishwasher and activity registered on meter, turned off, it stopped. Checked pipes in the crawl space, hot water heater, no leaks. We called the AVL Water person who had come the day before and saw activity on the meter. They were both stumped. They suggested that someone might be using my water and that I put locks on the spigots or add a device that turns... read full review
