I normally do not do reviews unless the experience with the vendor is exceptional. That was the case with David Futrell, with Maintenance mechanics. He can do it all from heating and air, Electrical and plumbing. He is fair and honest, which is hard to find in today’s time. I would give him the highest recommendation for any of your needs. David Futrell's main advantage over other vendors is honesty. Unfortunately, that is a rare trait. As far as the work is concerned, David is straightforward and will tell you if he can handle the job or not. When he takes on a job, he finishes promptly and always offers a fair price. He is courteous and professional and his equipment is alway clean and neat. We have used his services for over 20 years and plan to continue.
