The pro, Cam, was very friendly, professional, really knew what he was doing, and I would be glad to have his service again! He repaired my problem in a timely manner, cleaned up n acted like a real professional! I was very pleased with Mr. Rooter in general, from Miranda who scheduled the appt. and i think her name was Tasha who did the follow up call! All very polite n professional! Had to come back and edit my review because they did it again. Ms. TRISHAUNA had the outright audacity to give me some of the best customer service I have ever experienced very professional with a dash of southern charm to boot. Then she had the nerve to send out Mr. Ryan who just was all around great guy explained every detail of what was going on with my pipes and what would be needed to be done. Cam and Sam with Mr. Rooter were outstanding! From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and clearly knew what they were doing. They took the time to explain the issue in a way that was easy to understand, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left.
