I’ve had nothing but five-star experiences at Carolina Vision with Dr. Scott McIntosh over the years. Every visit is consistently smooth, welcoming, and professional. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and readily available to answer questions or make recommendations. The office itself is clean, bright, and inviting, which makes a big difference in the overall experience. They offer a great selection of products, and what really stands out is their genuine, family-oriented approach to care. You never feel rushed—just valued as a patient. Everyone there from the front desk to Dr Natalie and Corey are super nice, knowledgeable, and really care. Facility is in a good location, clean and welcoming. On a scale of 1 to 5 I'd give them 5+.+
I always go to the fire tower location and have excellent service! The doctor is really amazing! She makes you feel comfortable and takes the time to make sure you get everything right on your prescription. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
