Took in a dress with a white satin section that got some kind of liquid stain on it. Couldn't even tell them what it was because it's been in my closet and I've never even worn it so complete mystery. The woman said she wasn't sure but would try. Two days later it was sparkling clean and I'll actually get to wear it to an event. Not only were they beyond competent, the customer service was professional and polite.

Great price and super friendly, I messed up between the orange and black bag and they called and confirmed before starting the job. Easy pickup, folded really well and makes my life so much easier! Highly recommend
