I am almost at the end of my first year of service and it has truly been a great experience! When they began treating my lawn of fescue it was full of weeds. They eradicated them all and when I needed more service they were there soon after I called. The staff are friendly and professional. Do not recommend, see why below.... We were crossing Wendover Ave. today legally and while we had the right of way using a crosswalk when we had the walk signal. A Weed Man truck is turning left onto Wendover and the driver is not paying attention and almost runs us over. The only way we were not run over is I yelled out as loudly as possible to get his attention. The Weed Man employee does not say a word or apologize. I tell him that we had a walk signal. He says to me, “well you don’t anymore!” and points to the counting down walk signal. Then he drives off with a smile. What a dick! I’ll never use this company for this reason and will be sure to spread this story far and wide. If the owner sees this, feel free to reach out and I would be happy to help identify the employee that is costing you business and this poor review via social media.
