I can't say enough good things about W-S Appliance repair. A friend recommended them when both my washer and dryer were on the fritz. They were so accommodating in scheduling an appointment quickly, and the technician who did the work, Kenny, was fantastic. He showed me exactly what the issue with the dryer was and what he would do to fix it, and was honest about the fact that the washer was probably not worth repairing. I was so impressed by how thorough he was in his explanation of the problem and felt absolutely confident in the repair he did. The price seemed more-than-fair, and the level of service was just excellent. Highly, highly recommend!

Scott literally saved my house from burning down! I called about noisy dryer and he took the whole thing apart - it is a full sized stacked dryer! Due to a open blower pipe the inside was completely covered in lint! He cleaned out the entire thing, fixed the broken vent pipe which took well over an hour. His charge was the most reasonable of any serviceman I’ve had EVER! Thank you Scott!!!
