Going overseas and needed quick help with my contacts on Friday afternoon.
Gretchen and Fontella were extremely helpful getting me a “sample” set for my trip and offering to re-order upon my return. Excellent customer service.

Had an eye exam with Dr. Vo and she was very helpful. Found a solution to improving my prescription.

I can’t say enough about Dr. Vo, Gretchen, and the entire Triangle Visions- Winston Salem team. When I experienced an unexpected and incredibly painful cornea trauma, they jumped in immediately, truly an all-hands-on-deck response.

Their professionalism was matched only by their compassion. They treated my situation with urgency, thoroughness, and a level of care that made me feel less like a patient and more like family. I don’t normally leave reviews but Dr. Vo was so great I had to. I was a new patient here and referred to Eye Care Group in High Point - they had no appointments so they offered for me to go to the Winston location. I believe Triangle Vision bought out Eye Care Group or something like that (over my head lol). Dr. Vo was very patient, addressed all my concerns and you could tell she was listening to understand and not just respond. I hate going to the eye doctor and she made me feel so comfortable.
