Terry Bentz came out to look at our home the very next day we called and make an appointment . He did a phenomenal job with his inspection, he was very thorough. He is very very knowledgeable and took the time to explain every single thing to us. As first time home owners he looked out for us every single way he could and we are very grateful he was the one who came to our house to provide us an estimate. The crew of Ken, Stephen and Aiden were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Crew foreman explained everything they were going to do. Everything was done in a very timely manner. Great job.
Tarheel Winston-Salem Branch employee Jay Yount came to our house to do a basement inspection of some water leakage we are experiencing. He was so informative, professional and discussed all available options for our repairs. He spent a great deal of time to explain the procedure and how waterproofing would work.
