I really enjoyed my experience on Wednesday 4/23/2025. The team at Stella’s Daughter was warm and welcoming! I worked with Thalia who treated my hair with care, provide great insight during the consultation phase of my appointment, and guided me each step of the way through the silk press process (ie what products she was using at what point during the wash process, how long I’d be under the dryer, etc). Will be rebooking regularly for maintenance on my length retention Journey! Thank you all, and see you soon!
I do not go the salon as often as I would like too. This time my hair was past due for a trim, and a protein treatment with steam. One of the new hair specialist, Mary Prater, took excellent care of my hair from washing it, and adding a cocktail treatment with steam. My hair felt like it was thoroughly moisturized. Then she blow dried my hair and it looked like it had been silk pressed without the flat iron. I was thoroughly impressed with Ms. Mary. She took her time and my hair loved it. Renee added curls and it looked like a beautiful silk press. I did not expect my hair to stay that way but a few days since it had not been flat ironed. It still looked good...read full review
This is a great salon and you can trust the staff have your best interest in mind. Not only will you get great service but also educated on how to properly care for your hair. You can tell the owner, Reanee, is passionate about this work especially in the way she runs the salon. I highly recommend!
