I've been working with Shipman Family Home Care for 25 years and I love it! When I was pregnant with my son Mrs. Shipman herself told me if I needed anything to let her know. We're not just employees but we're family. They helped me get certified and put my son through school. The schedule was extremely flexible and I could have time with my family. I'll admit I miss having paid vacation time off but God will always make a way! There's no other place I'd rather work?
