The results are tight and neat without heavy products. The service is efficient, and clients feel well-treated. Many highly recommend Rich Rootz and plan to return, noting it is a go-to place that gets booked up quickly.

I knew coming in that Delisa would do a great job because I know her clients. So thats why I decided to start my Loc journey here. I am so thrilled that I did! My starter Locs were VERY tight and in place without using heavy grease gels or beeswax. Just natural original oils and creams. She took extra care but didn’t take too long at all. They came out so nice and neat. My go-to loctitian for sure! Better get your appointment flow going with her before she’s booked up I’m telling ya.
