Keeping to the Nitty Gritty. Pest-X has been incredibly easy and pleasing to deal with. From my initially call, speaking with Vicki Felton, to the service tech that came to my house for our first service, Nicholas Faw, I couldn’t be more please. Vicki was very quick to answer all my questions and get me booked for an appt for the very next day. I had become skeptical about pest companies that advertise “exterminator” due to my experience with other big names companies that state the same thing.But I read some reviews and gave Pest-X a try. From the start Sheree was amazing at her customer service and ensuring I knew every detail of what was going to happen during the whole process of my bug issue. Then the day before the appointment I had another question to which Vicky answered easily. Now what was interesting was the fact that when I called it was just a ringing phone to them.
