I've lived in an apartment by Ogburn for almost 2 years and I've never had a problem with the company. You can pay your rent easily through the online portal, which I do automatically, and anytime there has been a problem, they've sent someone to fix it right away. The staff at the office have always been friendly, and the apartments are definitely on the lower end of cost for what they offer.
Still miss our apartment and the amazing Ogburn Team. The only reason we left was due to job relocation in another state. Otherwise, we would definitely still be renting with Ogburn! Best apartment and property management I have ever experienced.
Super conscientious group all around that seems to have a tenant-friendly tone at the top. All office staff and maintenance personnel have been friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable as well as consistently responsive. Solid 10/10 recommend.
