I saw Carol Price for the first time about 2 months ago and told her about a problem that I had repeatedly told staff for months. Next thing I know I got a phone call saying the issue was resolved. Carol got right on it. Thank you Carol.

Carol Price took care of us that day. I found her to be very concerned of our wishes, needs, and budget. She was most kind, and was very reassuring that our wishes will be met. And she made sure that the lines of communication were open , in case of any changes we desire.
