Novant Health Gateway Family Medicine

My experience at Novant Gateway has improved in my opinion since I began being seen my Antonette Scott. She is reflective and responsive and gives me usable health tips. The only reason I cannot give 5 stars on my review is due to availability. Oftentimes when I need an appointment, the next available on the app is weeks away. I can call in and get a walk in from time to time, but I just wish there was more availability on the app.

This Novant health is beautiful. Staff is great, except for Mrs Mia , she acts like she don’t want to be bothered. She is rude, she must be new, But thank you to the rest of the staff, happy holiday.

Great facility love how they take care of you and provide what you need and all the staff are very nice and respectful and the doctors are great too great place to go best place to ever to be thank you
