I appreciate my health care team, Dr. Jonathan Mack and Danielle Standler (pa-c) at NOVANT family gateway. Dr. Mack, he listened to my health issues, very patiently, and he explained, everything, so I could understand. And.... (PA-C) Mrs. Standler, she has, a good listening ear, great manners, the both of them together are a great team, had my best at interest. They are a wonderful asset to the NOVANT TEAM, I highly recommend for you and your family, too come and experience the best health care. 👍🏽😊
I started coming here about 2 years ago and saw Dr. Ellis initially. With her schedule being full frequently, I saw one of the NPs. It wasn’t until I then saw Drew Henderson that I started feeling heard! He diagnosed a vitamin deficiency that was causing me to feel terrible for well over a year, instantly after explaining my symptoms. He even wrote an ESA letter for me to have for my dog without hesitation. He takes his time to listen and will help any way he can to get you feeling better. I’m beyond grateful to have Drew as my now designated PCP as he is has helped me more than I can explain.
My experience at Novant Gateway has improved in my opinion since I began being seen my Antonette Scott. She is reflective and responsive and gives me usable health tips. The only reason I cannot give 5 stars on my review is due to availability. Oftentimes when I need an appointment, the next available on the app is weeks away. I can call in and get a walk in from time to time, but I just wish there was more availability on the app.
