MyEyeDr. is praised for its excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. Patients appreciate the thorough eye exams and the modern equipment used during visits. The whole staff is friendly and helpful from the time patients check in, making it one of the most excellent services experienced. Employees are noted for their patience and helpfulness, especially when assisting with frame selection and addressing any issues. Max, Michael, and Holli have received special recognition for their outstanding service. The eye doctors are friendly and take the time to explain procedures clearly. With fair prices and acceptance of nearly all insurance plans, MyEyeDr. is highly recommended for anyone seeking quality eye care. Although some appointments may be virtual, the commitment to customer service remains a top priority.
My normal eye doctor couldn’t fit me in when I needed to be seen so I decided to try this place. The employees were very nice, but the doctor sees you via Zoom. They didn’t have my contact lens prescription in office, so they put me in the wrong powered lenses, corrected the wrong prescription with some glasses, and had me read the letters again. When I couldn’t see well, we had to wait for the Zoom doctor to be available again. When I said I couldn’t read the line he asked me to read, he insisted I guess what the letters might be and declared the prescription correct. Dr Hannah Bowser. After my awful experience with Eyecare Center, I went to Dr. Bowser on Harvey Street. It’s just right off of Stratford Road. Not only is she pretty as a picture. I’m a 63-year-old woman so you know not to take that the wrong way.!
But she was right on time, didn’t have to wait on her! she was very conversive and interested in my life. She explained things that she needed to do during the exam in a way I could understand. she did the exam quickly, efficiently and was just very pleasant to be around, as well as her staff.
