I have a very ornery shiba inu. Which means I tend to want to avoid vet visits. They are stressful for him and myself. I’ve been going to this clinic since I moved to Winston Salem about four years ago and they have always been so patient. We relied on at home oral sedation before vet visits, then would need to completely sedate him on site. But now we just need the at home sedation and they can handle him with relative ease in house. Yesterday was a heartbreaking day for me and my family.We knew the time had come though heartbreaking we knew Jacob was making his transition and crossing the Rainbow Bridge. Thank you Dr.Lakey and your staff for making this ending special. Your care and comfort was something I never expected. You gave both myself and Jocob a comfortable atmosphere so we could say goodbye. The world needs alot more individuals like you and your staff.
