Frustrated at first!! No one answered my phone calls!! Wasn’t going to beg for a service because I know there is someone out there that will take my money… But that’s a one star experience!! After receiving the letter informing me that I’m covered thru Jan 2027 for termite protection my feelings started to change. And after meeting Jerame it was love at first site!! Very respectful and personable young man. He’s truly an asset to your company and you can tell he believes in what he’s doing. Very explanatory with details. If I go into business I’m going to make him an offer he can’t refuse.
