Since the buy out by Bug Out, what was McNeely Pest Control is sadly no more. Technically all of their employees remained the same, yet customer service, transparency with reports, and scheduling has all seemed to diminish. All calls go to a call center located in a different state...all calls...and therefore take an incredibly long time to work out issues. We gave them three chances after the switch, knowing there might be some growing pains, however those three opportunities completely disappointed us. It's no longer the McNeely we enjoyed doing business with so we decided to leave and take our business elsewhere. I hope the owners see all of the issues that long time...read full review

Update:I tried to put off going to a new company, but I am seeing spiders more than ever and roaches for the first time. I have an incredible amount of respect and love for the folks at McNeely. I just saw the response (with a local number, even!) and I appreciate the intent. Sadly, I saw it just after I cancelled the service via the toll-free national call center. It took them three tries to find my account, but then quickly cancelled it. They recorded my reasons but made no attempt to make things right. The only feedback they seemed interested in was on the "quality of the call". I have no regrets, just a bit of sadness.Original Bugout review:I had to reduce the rating....read full review

McNeely Pest Control has been a staple in the local area for some time. Growing up my family used their services and now as an adult I find myself looking to them for my pest control needs.
